Join the Baleen pod and be in with the chance of winning some amazing underwater art
I’m excited to announce I’m running Baleen’s first ever giveaway – to celebrate the upcoming World Ocean Day – in partnership with the wonderful Miri from Under the Sea Art.
Since its launch in January, Baleen has been filtering the latest marine conservation and sustainability stories and delivering the stories that matter directly to your inbox every Monday.
As a thank you to our hundreds of regular readers (and, hopefully, to attract a few more ocean-lovers to join to pod), we’re giving away an A3 framed humpback whale print, a dreamy whale bottle AND a protect our planet tote bag all from Under the Sea Art. You must be a member of the Baleen pod to be in with a chance of winning this epic stash!
To enter the World Ocean Day Giveaway:
- Join the pod by signing up for free at https://baleen.substack.com/
- Follow @under.the.sea.art on Instagram
- Like this post and tag one of your friends. (Who do you think needs to keep up with the latest news in the conservation world?). Every extra comment is an extra entry!
The draw ends at midnight on Monday 7th June 2021. We'll contact and announce the winner on the 8th… which just so happens to be World Ocean Day!
Baleen is created by me: Melissa Hobson; a communications consultant, journalist and scuba diver with a love for nature and the ocean. As well as providing you with a fun weekly digest of ocean news, I also help charities, B Corps and mission-driven organisations raise awareness of their work through my tailored communications and copywriting services. Think I could help you address your comms challenges? Get in touch!
Under the Sea Art was created by Miriam and Greg. Both are passionate ocean people: Greg's a dive instructor, and Nat Geo Educator and Miriam is a marine biologist, dive master and conservationist with a passion for art. With her pieces, she hope to inspire people to love the underwater world as much as she does. Check out her fantastic paintings and artwork on Etsy and her eco-friendly organic cotton T-shirts on Teemill.
Thanks for helping us spread the word about Baleen and Under the Sea Art and, importantly, good luck! We’re excited to announce the winner on World Ocean Day (8 June 2021).
